Hi, I'm Chantal and I am Maryland-raised, a Realtor and Property Manager residing in Baltimore! Professionally I have been in the real estate industry for over three years, but it has been a passion of mine since I purchased my first home eleven years ago. Although I am licensed in MD, DC & PA, Baltimore is where my heart is!
